Product description

These fabrics are from Nike's Storm Fit series.  These waterproof breathable shells are a 3-layer laminate combining a polyester face, urethane microporous membrane and tricot back.  Nike's membrane blocks wind and rain penetration at 5000 mm of water pressure (good for moderate to heavy rain).  The face of the fabric has been given a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish and sheds water like a duck while still feeling soft to the touch!  It can be used on its own to create a shell or with Polartec Alpha or Alpha Direct or PrimaLoft Gold or Silver insulation to create a warmer garment.
