Product description

This page features our jersey-style Power Stretch fabrics. Suitable for lightweight wicking stretch base layers. Styles 9471 and 9472 have a lot of stretch, a nylon jersey face and a twill back. Style 94012 has a jersey front and back and is the lightest of the three styles offered. The majority of elastic base materials can stretch during movement, but lack the tensile strength to recover their original shape and become permanently damaged. By utilizing elastic fibers with enhanced resilience in the stretch construction, Polartec made a performance-fit base fabric that can handle the pressure of demanding physical activities. We carry a few different styles and weights of Polartec PowerStretch.
