Polartec Flame Resistant Power Shield Dual Hazard

Polartec fabric innovations led them into the realm of creating performance flame resistant fabrics for the US Military when their existing combat uniforms melted from the extreme heat of IED detonations. Today, the line of flame resistant fabrics are used by many commercial workwear manufacturers. Flame Resistant Power Shield Dual Hazard is an evolution of Polartec's original soft shell fabric, Power Shield, that is certified flame resistant and protects against strong winds, rain, snow and abrasive surfaces. This particular style is a little stiffer than traditional PowerShield styles but also protects against Arc Flash and Flash Fire.
