Plush Sparkle Elastic

Beautifully soft with just the right amount of shimmer and shine!  This 70% polyester 30% spandex woven elastic has a lovely soft feel on the wrong side with shimmering threads on the right side.  No scratchy feel!  The sparkle isn't glitter, so no need to worry about glitter ending up everywhere!  The official width is 30 mm, which is approximately 1 1/4" wide.  It's perfect for visible waistbands on costumes or when you just want a little glam on your garment!

Ideal for exposed waistbands on dancewear, lingerie, sports bras, costumes and other garments where comfort is just as important as style.
