NOTE: This fabric has a dirty selvedge that washes out and intermittent lengthwise fine lines that appear to be small irregularities in the knit. There are also occasional spots. It's a substantial 4-way stretch jersey with good stretch and recovery. It's not completely opaque but does provide reasonable coverage for white.

This is a high-stretch spacer fabric with dual-surface construction. The inner face (wrong side) of the fabric is moisture wicking, non-chaffing and very breathable. This fabric can be used as a warmth-enhancing spacer or as a neoprene replacement in supportive knee or elbow braces.

60" wide, 10 oz/sqyd | 340 gsm, 4-way stretch: 40% side-to-side 30% lengthwise. This colourway has just a few picks or small holes, an uneven selvedge edge and veers slightly off grain.
Exact content unknown, 68" wide, 6.07 oz/sqyd | 230 gsm, 4-way stretch 20% side-to-side 15% lengthwise. NOTE: This style of Power Air is thinner and lighter than all the other styles we carry. Suitable for a light warm up jacket or hoodie/crew neck top.
The fabric has a few tiny picks throughout the yardage, there are some slight and faint irregularities on the face created during the construction process and the grid pattern on the wrong side veers slightly off grain toward one selvedge.
Black with Crimpy Back Polartec Power Air TRIAL STYLE. Polyester Spandex Blend. 56" wide, 16.8 oz/sqyd | 570 gsm, 4-way stretch: 45% side-to-side 30% lengthwise. Unique grid squares on wrong side, much more crimpy than typical power air grid squares. Fabric is surprisingly heavy! Does not look or feel thicker than 10 oz Power Air styles but it is much denser/heavier.
Giant Grid Polartec Power Air TRIAL STYLE. Polyester Spandex Blend. 56" wide, 8.85 oz/sqyd | 300 gsm, 4-way stretch: 25% side-to-side 20% lengthwise. Softer hand, more jersey like, than our other styles of Power Air. Rather than a grid pattern of squares, this style has rectangular pockets that are filled with fibers as in other Power Air styles. Each rectangle measures 4.5" across and 2" deep. Rectangles are laid out in a overlapping brick pattern.
Navy with Light Blue Back Polartec Power Air TRIAL STYLE. Polyester Spandex Blend. 58" wide, 10. oz/sqyd | 350 gsm, 4-way stretch: 30% side-to-side 25% lengthwise. A unique colourway with the face and wrong side having different colours. Veers slightly off grain towards one selvedge.
Beige Seconds Flame Resistant Power Dry Lightweight. Unknown style but content is usually ModAcrylic Nylon Spandex blend for flame resistant power dry. 58" wide, 4.7 oz/sqyd | 160 gsm, 4-way stretch: 50% side-to-side 15% lengthwise. NOTE: This fabric is off grain and has repeating side to side puckers about every 20". A few sporadic flaws including: a slightly uneven selvedge varying width by and inch or two, occasional 1" dark mark within 4" of selvedge, faint thin lamination line about 8 - 10" up from and parallel to the selvedge on and off throughout length, and occasional sections with a very slight variation in fleece on wrong side. On other rolls there may be faint horizontal lines on the face. None of these affect use or wear.
White 94052 Power Stretch Jersey Seconds. 70% Nylon 30% Spandex. 62" wide, 7.67 oz/sqyd | 260 gsm, 4-Way Stretch: 50% side-to-side 40% lengthwise. NOTE: This fabric has a dirty selvedge that washes out and intermittent lengthwise fine lines that appear to be small irregularities in the knit. There are also occasional spots. It's a substantial 4-way stretch jersey with good stretch and recovery. It's not completely opaque but does provide reasonable coverage for white.
Navy Power Stretch Jersey 9485 Seconds. 60% Nylon 24% Polyester 16% Spandex, 54" wide, 6.0 oz/sqyd | 203 gsm, 4-way stretch: 65% side-to-side 60% lengthwise. Black smooth jersey face, black twill back. NOTE: This colourway has a variety of flaws spaced throughout yardage but also a lot of good usable yardage. Flaws may include: lines of small holes near the selvedge, scrapes on the face of the fabric, watermarks.

We purchased this fabric as slightly second quality. The new roll we opened does have small flaws throughout the roll where the shaving on the wrong side (fleecy side) is irregular, creating small patches (an inch or two) of very little fluff. These patches are random throughout the roll. For this reason, we have further discounted this roll to $16 per yard.

Grey Speed Skating Skin Laminate. $12.50. 84% Polyester 16% Spandex Mesh Back. Fabric is 55" wide with 4-way stretch: 50% side-to-side 20% lengthwise. Drag Resistant, Urethane "Skin" Laminate Face. This unique Nike nylon Lycra laminate fabric has a smooth urethane face engineered to reduce drag resistance in speed related sports like speedskating. The back of the fabric is a polyester/spandex tricot with 4-way stretch. The outer layer urethane skin is laminated in a proprietary process to provide lasting durability. This interesting fabric is from Nike's speed skating collection and was first introduced at the 2002 Olympics in Utah.
