Stay warm and cozy when working outside! Our popular pattern to make this polar fleece vest has several key features: two handwarmer pockets, a zippered pocket under chest flap (won't lose your keys), and a front zippered closure. This pattern uses little fabric (2 yards or less!). This pattern is designed for polar fleece, which must have crosswise stretch for proper sizing.
Suggested Fabrics:
Fleece: Polar fleece
Woven Trim: 1/4-1/3 yd (.23-.31m) Supplex (Taslan) Nylon Woven, Ripstop Nylon
Stretch Facing: 1/4 yard (.23m) Nylon/Lycra stretch fabric (check our Remnants - 4-way Stretch page for possibilities that are likely less than a yard long).
