Sew up a warm and cozy mock polar sweater with this easy pattern. Warm and comfortable with a soft-lined neck, you can also add a pouch pocket in the front. A drawstring with toggle can be used to keep out the cold at the waist. A really great sweatshirt for kids!
Suggested Fabrics:
Outer Fabric: Bamboo Fleece, Polartec 200, or Windpro Fleece
Lining (neck): Microfleece or any lightweight knit.
Fabric Requirements (60/150cm wide):
Outer Fabric, 1 to 1-3/8 yard (.92-1.3m)
Lining, 1/4 to 3/8 yd (.23-.35m)
Notions:
Polyester thread, 3/4 yd (68cm) 1/8 (.3cm) shock cord, one cord lock.
