Multi-Sized PDF Pattern for Adults & Kids - SM - XL    Size Chart

Skill Level:  2, Easy

Sew up these comfy and warm hats for everyone!  Based on a traditional South American chullo hat, this updated version is fully lined for warmth and comfort.  It also has 2 different ear flap lengths.  An easy-to-sew pattern with sizes for adults and children.  The hat is made with cozy polar fleece, has ear flaps for extra warmth, and optional tassels at the top and below the earflaps. 

Suggested Fabrics:
Outer Fabric: Fleece fabric such as Polartec 200, 300, or Windpro Stretch.
Lining Fabric:  Microfleece or any light fleece.
Contrast Fabric: Any fleece fabric.
NOTE: Fabric must have crosswise stretch of about 30% for proper sizing.

Fabric Requirements, All Sizes, 60 (150cm) fabric:
Short Earflap Hat - Outer Fleece and Lining Fabric: 3/8 yd (.34m); Contrast Fabric: 1/3 yd (.3m).
Long Earflap Hat - Outer Fleece and Lining Fabric: 1/2 yd (.46m); Contrast Fabric: 1/3 yd (.3m).
