Size Chart and How to Measure

For the best fit, it is important to measure your child and to compare the measurements to the size chart.

This swim brief is unisex and is meant to be worn next to skin, under a swimsuit.  To ensure optimal effectiveness, a snug fit is crucial.  There are two important considerations when choosing the correct size.  They are:  

• the larger of the hip (around the bum) and waist measurement
• the rise measurement

Using a soft measuring tape, measure the child's waist (at or slightly below the belly button).  Next, measure the child's hip (around the fullest part of their bottom).  

Use the larger of these two measurements and compare them to the size chart below.  For example, if the child's waist is 21" and their hips are 22", choose size Medium.

Measure the child's rise by holding one end of the measuring tape at their waist (a little below the belly button) and bringing the tape down between the legs and up to a matching point on the lower back.
