The Kajo sweatshirt & dress combine comfort and style with its relaxed fit and eye-catching layered design. The pattern includes two variations: a loose-fitting sweater with a curved hem band, and a more fitted dress with a flattering pencil skirt silhouette. Both versions feature batwing sleeves, adding comfort and an effortless touch.

MATERIALS & SUPPLIES

Sweater

• 5–7 mm (1/4”) stay tape, 40 cm (15 3/4”)

• Fusible knit interfacing, 75 cm (7/8 yd)

Dress

• 5–7 mm (1/4”) stay tape, 40 cm (15 3/4”)

• Fusible knit interfacing, 115 cm (1 1/4 yd)

FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS

Choose a medium weight knit fabric with approximately 50% of stretch. Make sure the fabric you use is a soft, reasonably drapey and loose knit, for example a soft cotton cable knit or a light sweatshirt fabric. Be sure to also choose a knit interfacing with approximately the same stretch percent as your main fabric.
