Mesh Sports Lining

Sports mesh, also known as athletic mesh has tiny holes to allow breathability in sportswear, and to allow water to drain when used in swim shorts. An example of the former might be a travel or hiking shirt with a yoke flap on the back, that has the lining under the yoke. For swim trunks, it provides support while allowing water to drain when leaving the pool.

The smaller the holes, the more comfortable the fabric. The Micro Mesh styles are 100% recycled fiber with smaller holes.

Sports mesh can also be used as a jacket lining or for pocketing.
